Nashville's Own Single Barrel Bourbon
Unfiltered. Uncut. Uncompromised.
Each barrel of Borchetta Bourbon Single Barrel Cask Strength is a one-of-a-kind expression of our bold, Tennessee-made bourbon. Bottled straight from the barrel at natural proof, this ultra-premium release showcases the purest form of our craftsmanship—no blending, no dilution, just full-flavored authenticity.
Hand-selected for its exceptional character, every barrel tells its own story. Tasting notes vary by barrel, but expect layers of light floral honey, candied pecans, toasted oak, baking spices, sassafras, and honey nut cereal. The finish is long, warm, and deeply satisfying—perfect for the collector or the bourbon purist.
This is where precision meets power. One barrel. One bourbon. One unforgettable pour.
All of our Award-Winning bourbons feature unique red, white, and blue varietal heirloom corns, locally grown within 5 miles of our distillery and milled on a restored 1950's stone mill. We cook with local Lynnville creek water, and 100% copper pot distill to create a full flavored bourbon.
Our high corn recipe is rounded out with wheat and malted barley. Each barrel is hand-selected for its taste by Big Machine’s Master Blender and EVP, Mark Borchetta, offering a drinking experience unlike any other.
